The image is built for linux/amd64, but without a nodeSelector the pod
scheduled onto the ARM64 node (deg-pi) and died with 'exec format
error'. Select nodes by the architecture label instead of a hostname.
Pattern 'woodpecker-mcp' without a slash matched any file or directory
with that name at any depth, silently excluding cmd/woodpecker-mcp/
from commits and Docker build contexts. Anchor to the repo root so
only the compiled root binary is ignored.
