ea73b19a88 feat(proto): GenerateAnswer image response and intent classification fields. 
Add user_message on AIRequest, ResponseKind/image bytes on AIResponse, and
image_prompt so clients can persist image context in chat history.

68d40d95fc feat(proto): AnswerJobResponse.agent_usage (field 5) for deferred RunAgent usage 
Additive field so GetAnswerJob can return the same authoritative AgentUsage as
synchronous RunAgent for a completed deferred job. Unset for legacy
GenerateAnswer jobs. No existing field numbers or enum values changed.

00e8f9b190 feat(proto): add RunAgent, CancelAnswerJob, Agent* messages 
Extend AnswerJobState with RUNNING/CANCELLED/EXPIRED (values 5-7, backward
compatible). Add AgentRequest/AgentResponse/AgentToolLoopOptions/
AgentResponseContract/AgentUsage/AgentOutputFormat and Cancel* messages.
Existing RPCs unchanged.

ccc66cd2b2 Add steam_user_id to AIRequest 
Lets l-ai-steam mark inbound Steam chat requests the same way
telegram_user_id already marks Telegram ones, so l-ai-core can gate
AI tool calling on either signal.
